4 Classrooms with facilities for a total of 300
primary school pupils in Kisimiri Chini
A staffroom with a store-house for the school's own
home-grown maize harvest in Kisimiri Chini.
Basic separate toilet facilities for boys and girls
Construction of a basic water provision for the
school (Kisimiri Chini) from the source 1.5 km away
Under Way:
Construction of a first public agricultural
secondary school in the Kisimiri area benefitting
the whole district and region. The first stage will
include four classrooms, a library,
accommodation for teachers and dormitories for
external pupils.
Further training courses in Environmental Education and English for primary school teachers in Arusha, in co-operation with the Group for Pedagogical Co-operation (PEZA), which belongs to the Swiss Teachers Association. Some courses have already commenced.
Still Under Discussion :
Foundation of an official Non-Government Organisation (NGO) in Tanzania.
